What place to get rimless tank from ?

Sorry don't know if this is right place ... But where is the best place to get rimless tanks from . I always hear of miracles and reef savvy. Looking for a 75 rimless , that will hold up. Maybe starphire if I get a good price . I got a quote from coast to coast aquariums . They said with "special there running " it would be 894 . For a 3 sided starphire . Anyone has have a place they would recommend ?

Besides like a deep blue standard 75 , which is the best bang for the buck . Reef savvy, miracles , coast to coast , glass cages , etc .

GC. Don't forget to duck. I've heard stories, but never seen a bad one. Mine is built like a tank. Plus customized.

I just ordered from Planet Aquariums and I feel the price was very reasonable and they've been great to work with. I've heard great things about their work so we will see. I would definitely check them out.

Thats 894 w/shipping? w/ a coast-to-coast external overflow?

I wouldnt get too caught up with trying to save 1-200 bucks from different builders. Later you'll see that the tank was the cheap part of the hobby. 5yrs from now you'll still have the tank but have gone thru $1000's ondifferent equipment and livestock.

You won't be disappointed with Planet Aquariums. Excellent build quality and very good pricing. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Don't know what dimensions you're looking for but you might want to consider the deep blue rimless 80 gallon tank. It's a stock tank so not as expensive as custom tanks.

I have a reef savvy. You'll pay more, but for some it's worth it. It was an easy decision for me.....no shipping

I was actually debating between 2 sizes. A standard 75 gallon (48x18x21), and a 100 gallon ( 60x18x21 ). Just couldn't find any stock tanks in the 100g. Shipping is another thing too. Im in ohio so Im guessing most places are 400-500 shipping. I saw that glass cages has standard shipping rates to a local pick up in your area.

Whoever I go with I might order a stand too. I could do it myself but Im usually busy so i might just buy one if the are reasonably priced.

I contacted reef savvy and they are gonna give me a quote. I will check out planet aquariums too . Anyone that has good quality tanks , would be an option for me. I like all of the tanks i have seen form each place...But i don't really like glass cages overflow box.

So really, reef savvy, glass cages, planet aquariums, coast to coast, miracles will all be an option.

Do any of you have a preference on who build better quality stands for the price ? Really either size I go with, I don't want a center brace in between the doors of stand so i have more room to work around. I want a solid, furniture grade stand too though. Thats more important.

That was before shipping. Then I asked for a quote with a stand and he later stated that total with a stand and crate shipping would be over $3000 !

Planet aquariums are one of the best builders anywhere. Both guys have been building tanksfor 20 years. They used to work for oceanic back in the day. And their prices are low. I jave been to their facility a few times for club meetings. I love their PVC bottoms on their tanks.
