Is this fungus ?

I see these white long strands from my p.d.zoa.

Is this fungus ? I have ha d this for a while , didn't spread though.

How can I eliminate this ?

It looks to me like sponge. Sponge is a good thing to have in a tank (they filter the water). You can pull the tendrils out if they bother you.
