Rock Caves?
Trying out several different aquascape configurations and I was curious if anyone ever tried setting up a small cave for the fish to hide? I was thinking the obvious issue of dead spots could be solved with a directed powerhead or closed-loop.
Just curious if anyone has done this or can think of any other possible issues? |

All my tanks have had caves. And water will flow through them.

My entire rock work is caves, you must have them. You need a place for your animals to go and recollect themselves. Dead spots will be a issue. But you will need to work with your power heads to fix that. Your clean up crew will handle the rest.

Caves are a must have just watch your dead spots and add power heads where needed
