Powerheads in Sump

Currently I have a Koralia 1 in my refugium compartment that has chaeto inside but its not enough flow. I have another Koralia 1 in the main compartment with about 30 lbs of liverock. I was going to remove those and put a more powerful powerhead in the compartments. What do you guys think. I can also add one to the return section where I have a little liverock. I have a Sicce 3.0 return pump and the main tank is 75 gallons. The sump is 30 gallons and is a Eshopps Advanced
