What are these red blotches/areas on my rock

Hi all,
My tank isnt too old, or newly set up. Its about 6 months old. I do have somewhat of a cyano problem, but this stuff looks different than the cyano looks when I get it on the sand. I have a nutrient problem hence the cyano, issue, my skimmer does not work that well, and I've been out of town, the water changes have been done using RO water.

The red spots are vivid in color, not scaly like a coraline, not slimy like cyano, and very little hairs(in quantity and length, not very much and the ones you can see are tiny)

60 gallon
double compact, acticnt(spelling) and 10,000k..(each)
15 gallon sump
couple fish
Reef lobster
4 hermits
10 snails(asteas(spelling), nassairus, cerith)

Hummm! Dunno for sure but doesn't look too invasive. Maybe some type of brush algae

It's hard too tell from pic if it is or not cyano, it could be the early stage of red cotton algae.

Its not cyano. If it is like a neon glowing color, It may just be dead alge. Some meds for cyano will attack good alge unintenually. Although if it is spreading, it may be some type of alge. Its hard to tell from the pic.

We have a burgundy algae that we call coralline for lack of a better name, but it's not calcerous like coralline, it's more rubbery. You can scrape it off & it's almost just like a thin layer of rubber. It only grows on the rock & glass (and over the pink coralline in some places), but hasn't hurt anything so far. We've had it for over a year in our 55 and a little in our 20L that's almost 6 months old. Sorry I can't ID it, but it hasn't seemed to harm anything.
