Who's running Radion XR30w on a 75 gal?

I’m running two Radion’s on my standard 75 gal and made a BIG mistake initially by running them at 95% a week after installing them (bleached many corals). This was several months ago. Since then I turned them down to 40% max.
Current situation: The Radion’s are currently ramping up to 40% at 12k around 1:00PM, and then going to 32% at 10k around 7:00PM. From 2:30 – 7:00 I’m supplementing ATI 54w Blue Plus T-5’s. From 7:00 – 10:00 the Radion’s slowly drop to a deep blue at a very low % of light.
Here’s my question: Is the percentage on the Radion’s too low, too high, or just right? Oh, I have a LPS, Softy dominated tank. I have one SPS, but would like to add a few more down the road. Thanks in advance for your input!

This my 2 cents.

I just put in my first corals 5 days ago. I have a 76G and 1 Radion.

From my reading (I have read an obsessive ton) The Radion is very bright and I have the Generation1. I have mine re adjusted since 5 days ago to 8 hours a day ( this includes the blue on each end)
In the middle I have 3 hour at a maximum of 40% EVERYTHING else is either ramping up to this or ramping down from it.

I am NOT experienced. I have read enough to know that the Radion does fade corals and typically most have found that they need to be 70% or less for sure.

I think people that first dove into LED 2 years ago had antiquated leds and had them too bright and too low. (only my opinion) and from their experience ...gave up and have no experience with the current LED . 2 years ago till now is like the Model "T" up to the Mustang (60's) and will get better.

I digress. I hope this helped a little. for what it is worth, my tiny Torch frag has grown a tiny bit. ALL of my new frags are looking MUCH better than the LFS...and that says alot. The LFS I use has the Radion Pros. sso for me adjustment is quite nice.

thanks for the input.....are you planning on running just one Radion on your 76g? Are you supplementing with any other light source?

I thought of supplementation but the fact is I LOVE the Radion and know it is not enough...pretty close for me but for growing evenly (more or less) I plan to have two and they are ...Expensive.

I am not supplementing, I am however placing my corals on the sand in the middle and only plan to mount them in the central locations for now. I figure Plenty of time to grow since I am not planting my whole tank instantly, i mean come on, the fun is right where we are at. Planning color and size and type and growth and shade to make that perfect picture.

I believe the tanks that take your breath away are not by accident. There is an art.
