Of course the decision is entirely up to you, but I can tell you that the 9011 will work very well for a tank that size. It is rated for larger systems, but it is not too oversized to work on yours.

The 9011 is also a pure Venturi skimmer. It does not have a needlewheel like many other skimmers. This makes it slightly less efficient, but it also makes it much quieter. Needlewheel pumps can be a bit noisier. On a system your size the minor loss of efficiency will not be a problem as it's already oversized.

The 9011, and all of our DOC skimmers, are very much "set and forget". Once broken in and dialed in properly, they require no more adjusting. Many people appreciate this simplicity. Others like skimmers with lots of adjustments. So again, that decision is up to you! If you have any more questions feel free to let me know.
