Aggressive clown goby

After six months, my yellow clown goby is suddenly terrorizing my trio of sexy shrimp in my pico, especially right after feeding time. Tonight he was eyeing my pom pom crab, looking like he was ready to attack it. I plan to remove the goby in the morning. Do you guys think he will be okay in my harlequin tank since they obviously won't compete for food? His only other option right now is to brave my tube nem tank with the damsel.
