Running different lighting spectrums in the same day?

This question is probably more for LED users but here goes..

Is it harmfull to switch color spectrums during the day or is it better to run the same spectrum all the time??

Example my radions startup and run in 14K mode until about 4pm then they switch over to 20K mode since it has more blue light and less white. Is it better to run 14K all the time or 20K all the time??
