Foxface Lo vs One Spot
Is there a significant difference between the two besides the spot and max size?
how about personality? eating habits? etc... I see the description of the two is exactly the same on LA. so I was just curious what my fellow reefers thoughts were??? Thanks!!!

I have never had the one spot but have had two of the Lo's great fish. They are always grazing. Just never cared for any of the others looks. Sorry I can't help more.

Have a one spot in the tank since Monday. So far very skittish but is tearing up the dried sea weed on clip. Is out and about more ever day so will see how it goes. Have not seen it graze on rocks at all yet. But the bristle tooth tang is taking care of that.

thanks for the feedback..!!!!
I'm thinking there really isn't much of a difference but the spot and size. I have a few months before I actually get one.. but I think I'm going with the one spot because his max size is 2in smaller. Thanks again!!!

I went with a One Spot purely because of that distinction between the two. I know they're listed as herbivores, but mine seems to like frozen mysis and brine shrimp, too. It goes bananas for NLS pellets.

I had a one spot. They are the same fish pretty much. Eat like pigs and poop a ton. Great fish for a reef tank. As said above, when first introduced they can be a little skiddish, but then when they settle in they are great citizens. I've never had any type of aggressive behavior (besides the aggressive eating habits). They do get large very quickly.
