Looking for stocking suggestions for 245g reef

Hello,

I'm helping a friend build a custom aquarium. It's a peninsula reef that stands 5ft X 3ft X 27" tall. It's going to have all the appropriate hardware, big cone skimmer, high flow, high lighting. Im curious to how many and what types of big fish would be recommended.

I know big fish have big appetites and this tank will be maintained by someone who works full time 40-60 hours a week. I'm thinking a nice automatic feeder will be appropriate. But what big fish are more forgiving when fed meaty food only 3-4 times a week. Daily would be flakes, pellet and nori.
