2 x 54 watt T5 HO Ballast Choice ??

Hey guys,
I'm thinking of replacing my internal stock Chinese ballasts.(Odyssea)
I'm thinking on getting 2 Sylvania QUICKTRONIC QHE 2x54 T5 HO
Do you think they are any good ??
They are programed Rapid start by the way.
Any info on them would be appreciated.

Just because it has an American name doesn't mean it was made in America. Anyway Programmed Rapid start is the best, softer start and lamps will last longer than instant start. Make sure you get a 1.00 power factor. They make different power factors from like .85 to 1.1. The 1.1 will add more power to your lamps.

Thanks Alton, Yes I know Sylvania is made in china too, but with more quality control than odyssea and better parts. The power factor for 2 bulbs is 1.00. don't want to over drive the bulbs. I'm sure they'll be brighter than the stock ballasts.
