Help me to do a Pumbling for my new tank
Hello Reefers im new to RC..
I have 89g tank 36*24*24 .. overflow box 12 inch*6inch *6inch . back side 1 inch 2 holes drilled.. return also have 1 inch 2 holes drilled my sump is 24 width*12 wide *18 height Equpments 2000gph boyu return pump 4 sand reactors Plese see my tank design .. & if you can help me please send me a design plan plc plc |

I'd drill a third hole in your overflow and run a bean animal, if you really don't want to drill a new hole use a herbie.
I'd also add a baffle to regulate the water level for your skimmer. Run your overflow drain pipes to the skimmer pump input area ending 1/4" below the water level. Run your return pipes to the holes in the top outside the overflow. I'd go with 1" pipe as well and use a T to split it near the top. Best of luck and enjoy. |

Not what you were asking but, 12" width overflow with a tank length of 36". Man that's an enormous overflow with regards to taking up space.
