Half my T5 don't work
Need some help as I am not an expert on lighting or electronics.
I have a metal halide fixture with 4 T5s and internal ballasts. One day, both the rear T5s stopped working. I was plugging the fixture into the wall outlet and noticed that when I plug it in at an angle (where only 1 or 2 socket are plugged in), the rear T5 will light up but very dim. When plugged in fully, the rear T5 will not turn on at all. Not sure if it's the bulb or the ballasts. Any advice? |

Sounds like bad bulbs. Most ballast won't fire the other bulbs if there is a bad bulb.
