Hanna phosphate test kit
Is it okay to calibrate the meter using 1 of the test veils with tank sample water and mix in the reagent in the other veil and swap out the veils when ready? Or does it all have to be done in the same veil?

i have tried it both ways, not sure if it is ok to do. but i always get a different reading no matter how it is done. i did 4 tests back to back using the same water out of the same cup i took out of the tank. 2 using both viles and 2 using 1 vile. they all had different results.
but for now i am using 2 viles because of it being easier. just gives me a base reading pretty much. |

Are you shure, you are cleaning the vials after you filled them. They have to be totally clean before you stick them in the holder.Only then will you get constant and accurate readings.Glad to help!
