Low salt levels

Is there anyone on here who makes there in salt water?
I just can NOT get the salt level to stay up. The tank set up is not even a week old
What do I need to do?
Is my live rock ok?

What is your salinity at? What type of salt are you using? Do you top off your water to a certain water level in your tank with fresh RO water?

The only 2 ways I can think of for salinity to *drop* is if you have a really slow leak somewhere and as you top off with fresh you dilute more and more OR if you get a lot of salt creep.

Or if your measurement is off and it isn't really going low only you think it is.

How are you measuring salinity? How was that calibrated?
