Any good, easyish Nudis/slugs or cucumbers for a 40B?

I'm helping my GF transfer her 20h lagoon-type tank to a 40B. She will have penty of LR, some macro, some small arthopods, and some easy/hardy cindarians.

She loves Sea Hares, but is worried her tank won't produce enough for it to eat. Are there any sea hares that will readily consume Nori and not be super sensitive to nitrates in the 5-10ppm range?

Are there any other Nudis or cukes suited to this sort of tank? Preferably ones that won't kill everything in the tank if a hermit gets curious.
