Bad T5's or high phosphate?
My tank is new and cycling for almost a week now. I'm curious if this could be from old t5's. I don't know how old they are as this fixture and bulbs came with the tank. I will be putting some new LED's over it later this week. So, lighting or chemistry?

from new tank, it can get worse especially if you didn't use RO/DI water
