what can i keep with my lighting?

I have a 29g softy tank that's been up and running about a year. I really was thinking about trying to put some lps/sps in there, but was curious on some opinions of what I should attempt/stay away from with my lighting. I don't want to spend a ton of money on gorgeous coral that may die because I don't have enough light. I have a 4x24w t5ho on top of my 29g tank...individual reflectors..can I attempt basically anything??

That's what I use.
4x24 ATI Sunpower for high light requiring corals.

150w HQI works good too.

Your light sounds good.

Do you have ATI Bulbs?

If you are doing SPS you can put them up higher in the aquarium so they get more light and flow.

How much flow do you have?

I would be more concerned about flow that lighting.

Remember, all T5's are not created equal. Assuming quality bulbs and a weak fixture, I think you'll be fine for LPS about anywhere and SPS if placed high in the tank. If you have a good fixture you should be able to rock about anything, nearly anywhere.
