Deep Blue Solar Flare LED 15W?

Anyone have any experience with this light? My tank is 16"X8" and is 10" in height, was looking for a light that could grow some lower light SPS. Also, is there enough actinic light (there is only 1 3-watt led that is actinic on the lamp) for proper coral growth? |
