new mp10s
On may 7th I started a thread about replacing my wave makers with either the mp 10s or an mp40. I did this because I really wasn't satisfied how cluttered my tank looked with four very visible powerheads. Not to mention the inadequit flow and the noise. So,I sought advice. I got some really good feedback that helped with my decision to go for the two mp10s. After installing them this morning I have to say I'm very impressed and confident that this was money well spent. The pumps were very easy to set up and program and alot quieter than I thought they would be. The tank looks alot nicer and I really think the corals are diggin it I tried a few different settings and decided on the "nutrient transport mode". I've put in a picture of the tank and a link to a short and video(srry,Peter Jackson I'm not). The video shows the NTM flow on about 55%....Dont know why I didn't get these years ago ...cheers
