Return pump for 180 and BRS (dual media reactor)

I am waiting on the waveline dc pump or I could use the diablo dc pump but need to know what size I should get. I know I am going to have some head loss for the 3-4 feet feeding my 180 but also the t to support my media reactor. I never had a media reactor so I have no experience on the head loss or what it takes to drive them. The Diablo 5000 is around 1450gph 0 head loss and the waveline 6000 is around 1585gph at 0. Since these are controllable I thought a little larger would be future proof. Any help would be appreciated

I would go with the larger one. Especially with the dc pumps control ability. Always better to have too much I run a mag drive 9.5 on my 40 breeder with a brs dual reactor and it's about perfect

Laguna max flow 2000. Comparable to the ATb airstar for far less cash.
