Advice?

This may sound like a stupid question but if some saliva fell into my saltwater mixing container with about 5 gallons or so of saltwater left in it, is that a big deal or do I have to get rid of the saltwater and start a new batch? Now how it got in there is a long story...

LOL, glad to see I'm not the only one who keeps saliva around. You had saliva in a container or something, the way it's worded is, well, odd to say the least

I'm pretty sure there is not going to be a problem. A friend of mine spilt coffee in his tank one time and it didn't crash.

I wouldn't be too concerned with it. My first steps would be to first smack the kid in the back of the head and then probably my son as well for bringing the idiot over. If you are concerned and you can hook up your skimmer to the bucket let it run for a bit and it should extract it in the skimate otherwise just make a new batch you could only be a few dollars into 5 gallons of water

Basically what happened is he needed to just spit out something..and since there is no bathroom in the basement i told him just go to the furnace room and spit it out in the sump pit. Well thats where i also keep my saltwater mixing station and instead of the pit, he just spit in the brute can that had saltwater..oh well.

Lmao.. I read that as salvia. I was really curious how pot ended up in your mixing tank.

Well that makes a bit more sense. I change my earlier opinion and don't dislike the kid as much now :-)

Salvia is not pot...it is a different plant "Salvia Plant" and it is an entirely different drug then pot is.

(sorry couldnt help myself.)
