Possible Ich?

I made a video and uploaded it to Youtube, but cant really see nothing... on my Naso Tang, there are small black spots, could this be due to stress? at my LFS there was nothing there, and i noticed it when i got home and got the fish in my DT ...thoughts?

It almost looks to be pigmentation as its a dark grey color and appears to be under the skin

sometimes spotted pigments appear on tangs if they are angry/stressed. its not a disease or pest, fish is not happy due to something.
