Carbon dust in tank

I hooked up a canister to run (Seagel) carbon & phosban through. I thought that I had rinsed it out really good. But it became apparent quickly I did not rinse it good. It's been a few days even after changing socks out 3 times but water is still cloudy. Is there a more fine way to pull out the dust? Or will water changes be the only way to clear it up? It's even made a layer on rocks & sand. I've used the bagged carbon before & never had this problem. I only used enough Seagel for 50 gl.

So it can go to fast & be breaking it up?! Good idea. But tried reducing speed a lil bit & the pellets begin to settle on bottom. And it's not even a tumble. Bottoms ones sit while others flow. But I'll leave it low for a bit to see if it actually clears up more.

Yes when media is tumbling its getting Grinded against eachother use a very fine media bag as long as there is flow it you don't have to have it tumbling peoe throw just media bags In sump and works just as fine without issue.
