filter socks

I'm putting together my refugium,made by Mr. Sparks ,very professional clean work,was thinking of adding a filter sock.anybody with pros and cons

I agree! the only con is they need to be swapped every couple days cause if you let them on for to many days they may cause to over flow your display tank cause it restrics your water flow. But if your on it you shouldnt have any worries and keep a few spares.

I've been using filter socks for a few years now. IMO, the extra work in changing and cleaning them is worth it
