Id please - dangerous?

Please help me id these. They are pod like but not sure what they are hatching?

Sorry, not sure what I am looking for in the pic, could you direct or put an arrow on it or something?

Maybe I'm completely missing the obvious, I need new contacts I see something that looks like a coral, an anemone and what I think is a sponge or tunicate.

It's a sponge, harmless and beneficial
