Frag Tank -Actinic vs Marine Blue vs Super Blue??
Actinic O3 Blue vs 12,000K Marine Blue vs Super Blue O3 Frag Tank Bulbs
Which is better for a frag tank with a 10,000K Daylight blub. Also does anyone know why the bulbs are labeled "03" BLue??? Im currently running the 2 10k but feel i need to replace one of the 10k's with some blue or actinic to give them a wider spectrum but in on the fense on which to buy untill i can upgrade to LED

What brand of bulbs are these? What size tank? If they're off-brand or stock you're better off going with ATI, KZ, or Geisemann. If you're only running two bulbs you won't get much growth unless your frag system is shallow and narrow.
A good combo might be an ATI Blue+ and an Aquablue Special or KZ New Gen.

The are CF bulbs on a biocube 14
I plan to upgrade to led but that gonna cost about 200 unless i get a DIY kit but im gonna buy the replacement CF bulbs for now. The brand i was looking at is an off brand name helio or something like that. I have read they are the same as the coralife bulbs!

Never heard of Helio. When I ran PCs I liked the look of 10K plus a 420nm/460nm combo bulb.

Looks like one "hyper grow" and one "rapid grow" would give you my usual combo. One is 50/50 10K and true actinic ~420nm blue, and the other is 50/50 10K and royal blue at ~450nm.
EDIT: looking again I'm not sure if the rapid grow is 50/50 10K and 420nm actinic.
