How to transfer...

I want to transfer some of LPS, some live rock and a pair of cloud fish from my brother tank to my tank. He is 30 miles away. His tank has a lot of algae and worm on the wall and rock.
What the best way to transfer and cycle those live rock, LPS and fish before put them into my newly done cycle?

I would do the live rock first and wait for what should be a mini cycle if any to finish and then add the fish and coral.

If your tank has cycled, simply place the rock and fish in separate buckets or better ice chests and move them over. The rock can go straight into your tank, float the fish in a bag for 20 minutes and then drip acclimate them for an hour and they can go right in also. I assume your brother's tank is pest free.
