Custom Sump Help
I need to make a custom sump my for 93 gallon cube. I have 28 x 28 in my stand. I'm probably going with a 28" length and 3 chambers. I'd like the refrugium as big as possible. Looking at skimmers less than 8" and return pumps less than 7". For all you sump experts...do you see any problems with the drain/skimmer section being 8" and the return section being 7". After bubble trap my fuge will only be about 8-9". Thanks.

28" is a tight space, but what you want can be done. just make sure you use an ato.

Maybe find like a 24 x 24 x 18" tall tank and turn it into a sump? Might give you a bigger area in the sump to work with?

Can anyone talk to the size of my chambers? Too small? Any potential problems down the road? Don't want to spend all that money and find out there's a problem down the road.
