+1 WP40. I have a wp25 in my 50 gallon and while it's very powerful, it produces a rather narrow, concentrated current. The wp40's is much wider.

Just right well a least for a SPS dominat tank.
I control them with my Reef Angel. Most of the day they run at about 70%. The ramp up to 90% for nutrient transport mode. |

Don't mean to hijack your thread but I too am considering adding one on my 150g mixed reef tank. 6ftx18"x28" dimensions to go opposite an Vortech MP40.
Should I get a WP20 or WP40? TIA! |

why not just get a WP40 and if it is too much with the MP40 then you can dial it back with the new controller
