Feeding snails fresh shrimp
I think my Nesarious snails are not getting enough food. Is it ok to get a small fresh shrimp, peel it, and stake it down in the tank for them to feast on? I would guess I'd leave it in for maybe 2 days or until they consumed it (whichever is sooner).

That's fine, but I wouldn't leave the shrimp in the tank for any longer than an hour or so. One thing to consider though, is that once you start feeding your CUC, they're no longer janitors, there pets.
I don't want anything to die, but if I happen to loose a nassarius snail because there's wasn't enough leftover food lying around, or a turbo snail because there's not enough algae, so be it. |

If you feed your tank on a regular basis your Nassarius snails are getting plenty of food. There is really no need to supplement your CUC's feedings.
