Little issue with corals

So I have a 40 g with a reef breeders photon 16 on it.... I was on vacation for a week and a half. I came home and my lights were off... At some point my power flickered off because oven lights were reset and that light doesn't turn on after power comes on.it does turn on but it puts it on custom 1 hr settings which all get wiped to 0 percent. It does remember the 0.5 hour settings but doesn't turn back on that one. I had a freind come at mid time to refill the ato container. Lights were on so m guessing the lights been off maximum of 7 days.my birds set sps looks bleached and the little acro frag lost color and the monti digi as well. Checked water perm and there good.p04 was 0.09 on Hanna checker. Is this normal or what should I do thanks
