Found something CRAZY in a colony of zoas..

Check this out... Got this small colony and was in my QT tank. Noticed things were closing up and took a closer look.

Eggs of some kind??

Hard to tell for sure from the photos, but I agree they sure do look like eggs. Can you see stuff wiggling around inside? Might be prudent to QT the rock just in case whatever hatches. If something hatches, is a less than desirable addition.

Nothing really moving. But I can see in the bottom picture what looks like a pointy head and a tail

Did 2 x freshwater dip and all is good. Still would ne neat to find out What they might be..egg sacks were very soft. Wish a had a macro lense
