ReefBreeders or What Else
I have a price range of around 300 that I think Im spending on lights. I have a 46 Bowfront 36" long. I was thinking of the ReefBreeders Photon24 but a local high end lighting company reduced some prices and has a 36" fixture but their lower end model.
http://www.acanlighting.com/index.ph...mart&Itemid=83 Which is controllable but no moonlights Reefbreeders say you can use the 24 but I am not sure about the coverage and there is a group buy http://reefbreeders.com/it2060.html

Don't know much about the first model but I did see the light has only blue and white leds on 2 channels. The Photon has more of a full spectrum with UV, Red and a couple of shades of blues. It has on of the best color spectrum of any led light. A photon 24 will do a good job on a 36" tank as you can customize the each led lens. If you want to grow SPS and other intense light users, consider the Photo 32. It has all the same advantages and is only a few dollars more than a Photon 24.

If your tank is 36" go with the it2080.

If you keep sps in the middle 24- 30", you should be fine with a photon24 with 90s, 10". If you need more spread, you can remove the optics.
