what is this mass of tentacles?

This has been slowly growing in my sump. It is around 5" long. Doesn't move just sits there. I think it is some sort of sponge but don't know what kind.

Any ideas?

Does it react to light/touch?

It's hard to see from the picture but if there are 'mouths' in those tentacles, could be aptasia.

It doesn't react to anything. It is like a plant.
