Might help if you describe the noise, pump size, plumbing size, etc

Are you using an overflow?
When i started mine, the noise was like a constant toilet flushing, or a clothes washer cycling, take your pick.
The wife revolted and I had to do something, quick!
Made one of these, virtually silent now.

Hofer Gurgle Buster

I left my airline tubing longer, and looped it back it the overflow, about an inch higher than the water level.
If the water rises, I get a real loud annoying sucking sound, alerting me to an issue.
If it gets higher, it turns it into a siphon, and the level drops, stopping a flood.

Looks like no fall on the drain pipe going across I wonder if adding some fall to it will help free up the flow to quit things down a little so it's not building up in pipes at all . Is the drain coming out under water in the sump?

Ditto, on the check valve they fail after a year or so... plus if doesnt fail and you ever have to change out the return line ABOVE the check valve, all that pipe is FILLED with water (goes everywhere when you cut it). Just setup your sump so you can handle all the back-syphon till the return outlets break the water level.

Agree the horizontal drain pipe is prob creating some noise problems.

Finally I am not wild about the pwr strip (black one with grey outlets) so close to the return plumbing... a leak from that bulkhead and you could be spraying water on power... fires start that way....

Might be too late now but have you considered a Herbie or Bean Animal drain design?

I can change a height of the drain, it can go under or over.
I wonder if i make a T like in this picture, make a red T , and the pipe will higher than water level, will it work ??

Not sure if you are understanding the fall idea not sure what you are trying to do with the red tee and pipe the first thing I would do is make the horizontal pipe lower on the side were it exits into the filter sock so the water can freely flow downhill and make sure it comes into the sump at least 1.5 in below your water line see if that helps any

wouldn't an easy fix be to drill out a hole in the drain line just above the water line in the sump? This will cause the air to "burb" out of the line

Yes and no the key on a drain is gravity if there is fall than drain doesn't have to work as hard
