Question Hitch hiker crab good or bad???

I've just put some live rock in my new tank to start the cycle as I'm upgrading from my smaller one and I found this little guy hiding in the live rock he pops out half way every now and then but hard to get a good look I did manage to get a quick photo though does anyone know if he's ok to keep in there or should I get him out? Any help would be much appreciated

Trap it. Use a tall, smooth sided glass baited with a piece of fresh shrimp or fish. Tilt it against the rockwork where it hides. during the night it'll crawl in for a snack but won't be able to climb back out.

Once you've trapped it, take some more pics so we can see the claws.

Looks like it could either be a gorilla (bad) or a red mithrax (good).
