Just some pictures
There's no real reason to post this, I just feel like showing off some pictures of my tank. It's a 15g and has been up for just about one year.
Sun coral and Tridacna Maxima I got yesterday. This blue leg sleeps in the zoas every night, he's killed off the patch where he sleeps so now there is a perfect bed for him lol. Some of my zoas My hammer has NEVER fully inflated. Don't know why, params are good. I spot feed home made fish food and do weekly water changes using red sea coral pro salt to make the water. But it's been alive for a while, definitely not degrading any. Lastly, this isn't mine. The wife and I saw this crab at a lfs. It was about the size of a softball, and they fed it asterina snails. I don't remember the name of it, but the owner was terrified to have his hand in the same tank as it lol. |

That clam looks like it may be suffering from pinched mantle.

After some more reading, looks like the first few days in a new system can make a clam retract like that. Either way I'll be adding carbon to the system after work. I'll post a picture when I get home of how it looks.

It looks much better now, I think it's still acclimating to the system. |
