Power head size??
I have a 55 gallon with a few softies and one lps and planning to get more in the near future. I want to get a powerhead and was looking at the hydor korila just to keep it cheap. Should I get a 600gph and get a second in a few months or just get one 900gph and call it a day? Thank you

at a minimum i would look at two 1050s if you want a koralia. I had 4 in my 120 and it was nowhere near enough. Now have two mp40s and two koralia 1050s and its close to perfect. But, i do have a few SPS.
One 900 or two 600s wouldnt be enough for your tank, even just lps. You want about 30x turnover.

i think im going to go with two 850s so with those and my return it would put me at well over 30x turnover
