Pyramid snails, likely. Some species are benign, but they can be the bain of a reefkeeper as they predate on clams and other snails.

They are smaller than that. "Babies" maybe. Should I pull him out and scrape them off?

I would... I lost a beautiful Derasa clam one time to snails that looked similiar to those. Better safe than sorry.
