Angry esl not working

Just received my two radion pros. They worked for an hour. Went to reprogram everything and when ient to dl connection manager I get an error that not all files were properly installed to check installation log. Connection manager recognizes radions plugged in via usb. However esl says I'm disconnected. When I try to log into esl again it won't recognize my password. I have to keep resending new ones for each log on. I even tried making a new acct w a new email. I spent four hrs reinstalling and reading all troubleshoot guides. What a hassle. Can't believe there's no customer service on weekends for this price tag. And on top of it when it was delivered I was missing a set of the mounting screws. Anyone else have this issue?

That is an unusual issue, I would recommend temporarily disabling your anti-virus software to see that if that corrects the issue. If the problem persists, please contact us either by phone or email.

Thanks- I will try that- I will have to just resort back to my old led lights for the time being as I won't be home a lot during the next week and can't take any chances. I already had a light fixture crash with my t5's while away on vacation .. thanks for the reply- i am sure I will be in touch with your customer service team
