Current T-5 Quad Lighting Issues HELP!

Out of 4 lights only one is not working, it has been known to come on randomly at times but hasn't done that even in awhile. I'm curious if this means ballast since the other light coming off this ballast works no prob..

That's what I get for buying a fixture on clearance from our distributor =p but on a positive note Current USA (although hard to get a hold of) sent me some really nice LEDs for the trouble (since they no longer make T-5). Cheers to Current!

But any ideas? The ends look fine and all around practically a brand new fixture. Thanks!

It is probably a loose wire either where it connects to the endcap or the connection to the ballast
