RBT mucus

Hey everyone,
I have a question about my new rose bubble tip. I got her a week and a half ago from my LFS and she seemed to be doing really great. Her color is fantastic and she's open most of the time with bubbly tips. Lately though she's been doing this weird thing. About once a day she pulls in (after being out and gorgeous all day) and I've noticed a couple threads of clear mucus coming out. She's still gripping fine and hasn't tried to move around, so I think she's reasonably happy, but I don't know what's going on with the mucus. After about an hour she will open back up and be gorgeous again. Help?

-Mariah

Simple excreting waste and or zooxanthellae, which is normal (within reason). As long as the anemone is normally expanding and remains attached you should not be concerned.
