Help Identifying

I've had my first 75G tank up for about 7 months now and I keep seeing these little THINGS pop up and now there everywhere.
Can someone Help me identify this?

Type of sponge. I have a ton of them and I've been told these are good to have.

I had one of them.. I thought it was a left prawn.
Stuck to the bottom of a rock..

Like an idiot I removed it lol... Should of known to check 1st..

great thanks for letting me know what it is. Is anyone for sure that there good and not bad. These things are now everywhere especially in my sump.

They are not a pest. harmless filter feeders.
