Maybe a mithrax crab of some sort, though many here are under the belief that if it's got hairy legs it's a bad crab.

It looks like a Red Mithrax (red version of an Emerald Crab) to me too. Can't see the tips of its claws - if pointed, then it's bad, if flattened, then it's a Red Mithrax. You can never really trust a crab as they are opportunistic feeders, but red and green Mithrax are usually fairly reef safe. (perhaps as much as a crab can be).
My Emerald has hairy legs and he's a model citizen, so not sure about the hairy leg syndrome. Maybe hairy legs and pointed claws together = bad crab.

Looks like a ruby/red Mithrax crab (like the emerald crab).
