Pipe Organ Lost it's Zoox?

I purchased a little plug of Pipe Organ for my nano and ended up putting it into a different tank. Long story short, it went from beige/green to a white & phosphorescence combo in about two weeks, then began to sprout more heads. Three have opened and two more look like they are about to (aren't they supposed to be slow growing too?). Colony is around a month and a half old. Opinions on good or bad sign? Note: Water parameters are close to ideal and the lights are two Kessil A150W Special Blend Ocean Blue's.

Could be adjusting, organ pipes tend to come in white colours, so bleaching is hard to tell without a photo.
You say you water conditions are close to ideal, what exactly are they?
