AI Hydra White Channel Out
Just started today. All the other LED's work, but can't get white to come on. Tried manual and auto, unplugging, factory reset, firmware update..... nothing made a difference. Has anyone experienced this problem and fixed it? I submitted a technical request to AI, but with the holiday, I imagine it will be a few days before they can respond.

All three of my Hydra's had the same thing happen to them. They sent me new boards and pucks. I hope you had as good customer service as I did.
