Head loss from return pump

How do I figure out what my head loss would be from the sump to the tank? My stand is 30" tall and I was going to use 1" hose for the overflow and return line. I'm trying to figure out what size pump to buy. With no head loss it would be 375gph.

There is a head loss calculator on the home page on the bottom left.
