Wierd looking worm...

Hey. So I was looking at my tank just a little bit ago and noticed there being a little white looking worm with a little orange dot on its back just wondering if any one could help by telling me what it is and if its good or bad. If any one could help I'd appriciate it...

A flatworm could be another possibility.

I'd take it out and put it in something to help ID it if you see it again. Looks like a flat worm to me.
